When our founder, Leslie Kerr, built Dunkin’ Donuts’ pricing capability, there was nowhere to turn for support. Plenty of firms dabbled in pricing research, but they focused on retail rather than restaurants. And they didn’t present data in a way that made sense for operators or franchisees. After developing programs for such a large, franchised restaurant system, Leslie knew that other restaurants could benefit from the same specialized support. Intellaprice was the solution to this need.
